The treatment of chronic wounds in patients with vascular comorbidities requires integrated approaches. This study reports the management of an acute plantar lesion in a 44-year-old patient with a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). The protocol included wound cleansing with PHMB, photodynamic therapy (PDT), hydrofiber and silver alginate dressings, as well as ILIB bracelet therapy. The results demonstrated a significant reduction in pain and exudate within 48 hours, with complete healing achieved in 20 days. The combination of innovative technologies and pressure management proved effective in the patient's clinical recovery.
