Introduction: Burns result from accidental exposure to heat sources and constitute a significant public health problem, with high morbidity and mortality, especially in the pediatric population. Objective: To analyze nursing care for children with burns based on scientific evidence. Method: An integrative literature review was conducted in the BDEnf, LILACS, IBECS, MEDLINE/PubMed, and ScienceDirect databases, from August to November 2025. Six articles published between 1980 and 2024 were included, according to previously established inclusion criteria. Results: Three analytical categories emerged: humanized care and pain management; basic clinical care and safety of care; and psychosocial aspects, family bonding, and comprehensive care. Conclusion: Nursing care for children with burns should be comprehensive and evidence-based, articulating pain management, clinical safety, and psychosocial support, in order to promote recovery, reduce complications, and improve the quality of care.
